Compliance with city, state, and federal guidelines is implemented on all jobs. SITECON is an approved vendor of the State of Rhode Island Master Price Agreement (MPA).
As a value added service SITECON has an Asbestos Project Designer on staff. This individual is certified to design a specification or asbestos abatement plan according to the project requirements. When necessary we will submit the plan and or specifications to the appropriate State and or Federal Agencies. This service is particularly beneficial for our clients to expedite their projects either at the budgetary stage of a project, or when unexpected asbestos is discovered. SITECON is able to respond immediately to identify these hazardous areas and design a plan without having to contact an outside company.
